I had an extremely bad experience with this place. I had booked a slot for my Engagement. Even before I left the parlor after the make up was done, I had cracks on my face. The make up had no finishing, it was very evident near forehead area, as if someone forgot to apply the makeup there. I have medium complexion, and she had no sense of the right shades to use on my face. Everybody gave me bad opinion about my makeup. Within an hour of finishing the makeup, the hair do just became lose . And the worst experience was when I told her politely that the make up wasn't good, she was very rude and blamed me that I must have wiped the makeup causing cracks. She had absolutely no empathy and only cared about her money. Even when I was telling her it was not about the money ( which wasn't cheap by the way), but it was about one of the most important days of my life, she kept on blaming my face. Absolutely no decency shown as a human being . Extremely selfish and hell bound on blaming customers. Don't even have the basic human decency to accept one's mistakes.

I couldn't help writing this because you have done a magic to my hair and face yesterday dear. The De tan facial is like taking my sun burns at bay, the aloe massage was sooo super it hydrated my face tremendously. The pressure of the head massage was beyond the expectation, I had a pleasant sleep yesterday ( due to the tight schedule of my work I had lots of stress and I had to go out in the sun on peak times ) .Thank you so much dear for your effort. Extremely happy .Planning to visit for pedicure in next few weeks with one of my colleagues.

Thank you dear Lekha for your good work for my last visit to AVAL. The make up you did for me on my cousins' wedding party was awesome. I had good experience with her for the last 10 years. Whenever I come to India, I go for a facial and all hair treatment she did for me with a reasonable charge. For any function i only choose Ms Lekha for my make up and saree drapping. She is very talented in saree drapping also, and her flexible behavior makes me very comfortable. Keep going with your excellent work.

COST FRIENDLY, SIMPLE & FABULOUS I am so lucky to have her as my MUA on my big day and mehendi day she can do it in customised way effortlessly and she is so humble. My engagement make up was an ultimate flope which I did it with my near by person and also It cost an arm and a leg for that Halloween makeup. Most of the make up studios will tear our purse but this one comes to the rescue. There is a time relaxation in payment and also not extortionate. I got a sister like affection from her and she gave me a lot more skincare and hair care tips that time tested from her Gps. Thank you so much sis for making me a princess on that day. My friends and neighbours have already got your shop name top listed for their function. 100% recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with lekha chechi . she work with high quality products shampoo / conditioner so had a very relaxing hair wash. My hair ironing was just fantastic. Extremely professional in services that she offer.Always a lovely experience & her customer service is good.& the expenses are economical.. Ordinary people can afford it..all the best.. I had gone there for my engagement, mehandi and wedding makeup. All 3 looks were absolutely gorgeous. Everybody loved it. Very friendly approach. She will take all your suggestions and do your makeup as per your liking. Highly recommend. Thankyou chechi.
