I went here for long layers with side face frame .. the cut is different from what I expected..I had different expectation about what long layers will be .. But I was told it is because I mentioned side face frame ..I wished layers will be more at bottom rather than the first layer starting from chin level ( but bulk hair cut at chin level).. I was told I explained it wrong..I am little disappointed but they mentioned it my mistake of explaining
