The worse ever experience. They have put one rate in brochure and seeing people they charge extra. Full hair color written 2000 but they ask me to pay 4000 inspire my hair is too short and giving stupid explanations.

I had a very disappointing experience at Polonica Kanjikuzhy on Monday evening. I went for a haircut, and unfortunately, the lady who cut my hair shortened it way too much without even asking for my permission. I had previously gotten haircuts from the male staff, and they did a great job. However, this time, the result was completely different and not what I wanted. I strongly suggest that they ensure only proficient stylists handle haircuts. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting a haircut from the female staff here.

I recently visited this location of Polonica kanjikuzhy, for a hair botox treatment, this was my 2nd time.. and I must say, the results were fantastic! My hair feels incredibly smooth, frizz-free, and healthier. Stylist Mahesh was professional, took the time to explain the process, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Since there was a one-hour wait during the process, I decided to get a manicure, and it turned out to be a great decision! The nail Artist, Raji, did a wonderful job, and the attention to detail was impressive. It was the perfect way to make the most of my time. The salon itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful visit--I highly recommend their hair and nail services!

I have did botox treatment from here, firstly they didn't do it in the right way and i was asked to come back for second session which they did quite good. But after the treatment i am facing huge amount of hairloss, this is not my first time doing hair treatments. My hairfall is uncontrollable, and I truly regret doing it here.
