I recently visited this salon for a Botox hair treatment and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The service was excellent, and I'm really happy with the results -- my hair feels smoother, healthier, and looks amazing. The treatment cost 13,000, which I felt was a bit on the pricey side, but considering the quality of service and the results, it was still a worthwhile experience. I had a hair botox treatment on January at Cucumba. I had a very good experience with the service. I'm writing this review after 3 months , still my hair is smooth and shiny . The price was 9000 which I think was little bit high. But the result is lasting than I expected.

I took an appointment for keratin at cucumba kottayam , They fixed my appointment for 10 am . They got me into the salon and I had to sit there for 2 hours . Nobody informed me what is going on .I had to ask them several time why they are making the treatment late .First they gave me a reason that the hairstylist hasn't arrived then when the hairstylist arrived they told me that the product is on the way and it will take around 10 -15 mins to arrive .They started my treatment around 12:45 pm . I waited there this long because I had to get the treatment done because I didn't had any other days to do it. They finished my treatment around 4 pm . The worst happened after this I got allergic reaction . My face got swollen and I had to go hospital for 2-3 times. I had a very bad experience guys . I will never recommend Cucumba .

They listened carefully to my explanation and delivered exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with the results and the overall service. Myself and my sister recently visited cucumba salon for permenant blow dry. We had a really good experience, the service was outstanding and the staffs were a 10 on 10 ... very friendly and very welcoming . I would especially mention shyam and Renjith who were outstanding, who did our hair very beatuifully and professionally.
