Really bad experience with their make up. They did last minute makeup and literally turned down the skin complex to darker shade(not degrading any skin complexion and it's completely my skin and my opinion and my like to what my skin needs to be look like). I got numerous of comments from relatives and friends that saree didn't needed to be left open without pleating them properly , which affected the whole look and output in wedding pictures as well.I booked them just because of name and fame and all insta reels that they post which are not justifying what their actual work is. Feels like they are all filtered. And Elegance team kindly work up on staffs and give each bride their own priority and enough time to settle down and talk about what they want finally. Hoping your team take this with true understanding of what genuine improvement you can bring. Also kindly wash hands after touching each bride's face and try using fresh brush for makeup. Hoping for better service and better reviews that could bring that lost trust in elegance as I really wish to be one of those seen in insta reels with top notch makeup any day in future for any other occasion. Very bad experience from this parlour. I msged them many times for booking but they didn't respond back and I called them they told me that msg the date and details but no response .Very Very bad customer service.

Did my make up for my sister's engagement here & I got a ton of compliments on my hair & look!

Not satisfied. 2 hours they seated me at one place without doing anything. They have done their work last minute. If you're not from the same city they will try to trick you. When I done my engagement makeup it only cost me 20000 for airbrush makeup and it was so good . But my wedding makeup with elegance they charged me 25000. Compared to my engagement look, their makeup doesn't even came upto that level. Moreover I have given them extra 7000rs for saree draping at my place. It doesn't came upto their perfect saree draping instagram pics. They don't deserve even one star. # REPLY TO THE BELOW COMMENT: First of all thank you so much for reaching out to me. This review is from my last visit for my reception look . It was a complete waste of money and I regret for choosing them . When looking at the photos my reception , I feel like I do better hair style than them , moreover then did not even spent time to straight the whole hair , and only did the front portion . I was the last bride for that day , so they rushed to much . They are better places for sure .

I have never experienced this much arrogance from a beauty salon...I booked their make up for my wedding nd they did n t given me any updates on payment nd further procedures!!! When I have done queries to them they simply acted like as if I don t know anything about make up nd booking!!!

They don't specify charges properly and don't have time for the same as they are too "busy" for their own customers and we are informed about the hike in charges day before the marriage at 10 pm !! and make up trial before the wedding done is a joke. Bad experience for me
