I had my pedicure and manicure a few months back, and it was an amazing experience! Chithra and Anjana did a fantastic job. They were both incredibly professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I loved how my nails turned out. The staff was very friendly, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper themselves. Thank you, chithra and Anjana for a wonderful experience

I would not recommend this salon for gel extensions. Considering the amount it time it took to get done and the cost paid, the nails started falling out from the 6th day. 7 out of 10 nails fell off within 2 weeks. I am unsure as to whether this is due to lack of knowledge by the owner and nail technicians or due to bad products used. The entire reason I got extensions was to attend a wedding with it. Upon calling the owner, she informed me that this isn't supposed to happen and kept asking me whether I was careless with it. I was on vacation so I was literally doing nothing that would damage my nails. She did not apologize and comes across very stand offish. Going through past reviews, I can now see that I'm not the only one who went through this. She offered to clean and buff my nails as compensation but I would rather have got my money back for the atrocious work done. Update: Since you mentioned I am complaining after 20 days, I raised a complaint on day 14 as that's when I got back to Kerala. The nails started falling off from day 6 (I have photos with timestamps as proof) but I was in Sri Lanka at the time so I'm not sure what you could have done to fix my nail when I'm not in Kerala. Additionally, could you kindly clarify what you mean by proper care? I did not cook or clean or do anything adventurous. I'm unsure as to what more care I could have given the nails. I have the bill to prove that as of today, while I'm writing this review, it still has not been 20 days. When I raised the complaint, the owner replied, "the function is over anyway so why would you request for your money back?" I was taken aback by this response. The matter is that the nails fell out. Not one, not two, SEVEN! Now, I am certain that this is not normal. I felt compelled to write this review due to lack of customer care especially by someone who's client facing.

I came in for a gel nail removal and was really impressed with how gentle and professional the process was. The technician took her time, made sure my natural nails weren't damaged, and even finished with cuticle oil and a quick buff. My nails feel healthy and look great. Super clean salon and friendly staff--I'll definitely be back!
