One of the best and busiest parlour in Kottayam. For ladies & Gents Sufficient parking facility available as it is situated Ground floor on apartment. There is no sufficient space at the reception area. Overall highly recommended for people who are looking for affordable service.

I have been a regular customer since 6 years, it has been a one stop solution for all my needs since then. The customer service is excellent and i would like to give a special shout out to Mr. Ashik. They listen to our needs and provide world class service at affordable rate.

I would like to share my experience with Polonica last month. The staff warmly welcomed me and assisted me in understanding my exact needs. I cannot forget Raji, the young woman who attended to me--she was truly exceptional and is undoubtedly one of your greatest assets. She has an impressive understanding of the business. Initially, I visited for just a hair spa, but Raji skillfully suggested a facial and pedicure as well--services I genuinely needed but hadn't planned for. She exceeded my expectations with her excellent work. I'm extremely satisfied with the experience.

I had a hair spa today, but it was disappointing. The entire process, including the hair wash and blow dry, took only 30 minutes. It didn't feel effective, as my hair didn't turn soft or smooth. Additionally, the final heating was uncomfortably hot for me.

Very bad saloon. I don't understand why, these people have so many facilities and still have such unskilled people to do work. Very bad experience, they have another shop in kanjikkuzhi which is not shown in google or google maps which is a very good place. Went here with that experience but extremely disappointed.

The whole polonica experience since the day one was really fabulous.....Everytime the service was beyond expectation and the staffs are absolutely nice and with a clear knowledge of the work which they intended to do...I need to specially mention Mr Ashiq who does hair care in amusing way and too polite though....Mr Shiju in men's care is also too good..

I did my nails from here and that was a disaster of my life... I would never ever recommend this salon again...I don't know wether they learned or learning with the customers
