Elan Family Beauty Parlour

I would like to share my experience from my last visit to your salon a few months ago, specifically in January. I have been a loyal customer since 2016, and I availed myself of various services, including facial treatments, hair straightening, hair spa, and manicures for my wedding in 2017, as well as for my sisters. I had scheduled an appointment for 5:30 PM, but due to work commitments, I arrived 15 minutes late. Upon my arrival, a female staff member at the front desk treated me poorly, and her manner of speaking was quite upsetting. There was no apparent rush that day, yet she insisted that I wait. Although I was willing to wait, her tone was inappropriate, prompting me to leave immediately and seek services at a nearby salon, where I was treated with kindness. After my appointment, I expressed to them that I had not intended to visit there, but the experience from another saloon brings me here, and I thanked them for their courteous service. This was not my first negative experience; I have encountered similar issues at Karaparmbu salon. Your front office staff needs improvement in customer service. Very bad attitude, especially ladies staff. However, I must commend Sumesh Ettan and Rajesh for their excellent treatment of customers. I kindly request that you advise your FRONT OFFICE STAFF to treat all customers with respect, as they are the first point of contact and should exemplify good behavior.

I had a wonderful experience at elan family Beauty Parlour today.The team, especially aparna were incredibly friendly and professional, and my facial was done perfectly. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend mavoor road branch of this parlour to others and will be back for future services.

We had a great experience at Elan yesterday. Sumesh accommodated us last minute. He spend his time and really sorted out my son's hair . We also had facials and haircuts for ourselves- we all had a great experience and was well taken care of .. will recommend Sumesh and his team with no hesitation

My mom had done her hair colour and it faded within a week . This is the second time we are experiencing this. It's very disappointing.

I am a regular customer of Elan. The parlour is clean and hygienic . . The products used are always of good quality and always make it a point to explain about the products used. They are always flexible according to our needs. The staff is always well behaved and pleasing and make sure that the customers are satisfied. They have started their second venture today at Karaparamba, Calicut. The place is very spacious and have good parking space. It has three floors and number of rooms to accommodate the customers. Even though all the procedure rooms are upstairs they have arranged rooms in the ground floor for aged customers who cannot climb stairs. I wish them the best for the new venture ALL THE BEST

My wife got hair colored here, but the colour started Fading within a week. We r very disappointed by this.
