I got a botox treatment at LYRA Calicut, and it completely ruined my hair! They used low-quality products that severely damaged my hair instead of improving it. Their customer service is also terrible--they don't know how to properly treat hair or handle customer concerns. Very disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone!

The facial and pedicure went really well for me. Parvathi is educated and considerate, taking care to meet my particular requirements. Her customer-centric approach and attention to detail are greatly appreciated. But it was not a very good experience all around. I will not offer the same kind remarks about the front desk because we anticipate any cosmetic treatment to be enjoyable and stress-free overall. Her customer service seemed strange and unfavorable, as though she were doing it for charity. Therefore, a second visit to this location is not planned. I would have rated it five stars if it were not for this. While Parvathi's service is definitely five stars, the other aspects are not.

I had booked a combo package (facial, hair spa, and pedicure) for 4 PM at Lyra Salon. Despite the pre-booking, the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived on time, the manager, who seemed to be in charge, was unwelcoming and lacked basic communication skills. She didn't even acknowledge my appointment properly or ask me to wait. When I asked how long it would take to begin, she bluntly said, "Only two staff are working now, we can't say when it will finish," without offering any proper explanation or solution. I decided to wait for an hour, hoping things would move forward, but even after that, she gave me no clarity. Instead, she questioned me, saying, "I didn't ask you to wait, ma'am. Should we stop the other one to start yours?"--which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. A salon should value its customers' time and communicate clearly, especially when delays happen. This experience left me frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I strongly recommend the management to re-evaluate who they entrust with customer interaction, as professionalism and courtesy are essential in this line of service.

Went in for a hair spa and cleanup session, and it was such a relaxing experience. The products they use feel premium, and my skin felt so refreshed. The staff is polite and doesn't rush you through the process. Highly recommend this place if you want to pamper yourself.

Visited this unisex salon with my wife. She did facial and cleanup while I went for a haircut and beard styling. Both of us were really happy with the results. The staff is skilled and the place is very clean. It's great to have such a salon in Calicut where both men and women get top-notch service under one roof.

Terrible experience at LYRA Salon Kozhikode If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friends and I had an absolutely horrible experience at LYRA Salon Kozhikode on March 30th (Sunday). We had pre-booked a mani-pedi session well in advance for a bachelorette celebration and specifically requested that we be attended to together. The salon assured us they could do two at a time--two for a manicure and two for a pedicure. We arrived on time, only to be made to wait 15 minutes while we could hear a loud argument coming from the staff room. Completely unprofessional to be fighting while clients are sitting right there! Then, instead of calling two of us together as promised, they called only one person. The bride-to-be had already fallen asleep waiting, so another friend went in instead. And then, the nightmare began. After 1.5 hours, the rest of us were still waiting. When we checked with our friend inside, she said the manicure was a joke. She had to remind the staff about every step, and even when she clearly instructed not to cut her nails--just shape them--they messed up her nails completely! The massage was lazy, and the whole process felt rushed and careless. At this point, two of us had also fallen asleep from sheer boredom and frustration, so we decided to leave. That's when the staff and owner started making excuses, saying it was because of Eid rush--but we literally watched them take in walk-in customers while we, who had pre-booked, were ignored! Clearly, they just wanted more customers and didn't care about prior bookings. Then, they had the audacity to tell us to come back the next day for a free pedicure. Unbelievable. This was meant to be a special, fun experience for our bride-to-be, and LYRA Salon completely ruined it. Disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Absolutely NOT recommended!
