Excellent Service. I had an amazing experience here, they gave me a fantastic hair spa and a haircut that exceeded my expectations. They listened attentively to what I wanted and took time and worked a customized hair treatment that suits my need. The experience was gentle, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the service after my hectic work schedule. The staffs were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Will definitely be back!

Pathetic experience!!!!. I chose this place by google seach and looking at reviews ok. After their service, I doubt these reviews are real. I did the hydra facial, first time do a Hydra facial. I'm dusky skin tone. I have a strong conviction that if I do a facial, my skin tone will not change or become white. We are doing all this as a part of self love.When I asked which facial is best, they suggested the shahanas diamond hydra facial ( which is most expensive in the list) . they said that it is better to do it for the first time. I felt the same way and I agreed.They explained the product and service in detail. But I didn't see it in action. I went there on my b day. I have never had such a bad experience before. Lost my time and money and more than that my confidence.When it was done, I didn't even get the satisfaction of doing a normal facial. They asked me about my experience. I shared my experience. I am not satisfied at all. But their reply bothered me a lot. They said... " it didn't get white after doing a facial.. " I replied ok I know and its fine... But even my upper part eyeliner didn't fades.... I just convey this and pay my bill... Returned.... Their words... Heart breaking.... Very bad... I'm sharing this only because it touch me a lot.... Thanks... For your service and words.....

I had a fantastic experience at Mesmeric. 2 days prior to my wedding, I had booked with another artist and had a terrible experince at that location. My relatives suggested mesmeric and I quickly enquired on the availability of the studio. On reaching the studio, I was extremely happy with the hygiene, the rates charged and a bridal trial, which made me look gorgeous. On my wedding day, I felt like a princess. I had gone for a minimalistic make up look and Priya who runs mesmeric along with her colleagues absolutely nailed it. All products were new and opened in front of me, allaying my fears on hygiene. My make up was perfect ....it was not cakey, overbearing or heavy. I'd also like to add that everyone at mesmeric are positive, very receptive and try and understand their clients preferences well. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place for bridal make up.
