Extremely disappointing experience - ruined my wedding day This was by far the worst experience we had during our wedding celebrations. We had booked a package that covered three events: the pre-wedding ceremony, the wedding, and the reception. The problems began right from the pre-wedding day. The makeup and saree draping were a complete mess, and we had to raise concerns immediately. In response, they promised to send experienced staff for the wedding day. However, that promise was not kept. We arrived at the parlour by 6 AM as instructed, but the beautician didn't show up until 6:45 AM, even though the wedding was scheduled for 10 AM. The saree draping was poorly done, the ornament placements were loose and started falling apart during the ceremony, and the overall look was far from what was promised. My saree began to loosen midway, and the entire setup looked awkward. The hair styling completely fell apart, and the hair ornaments kept dropping off throughout the event. The so-called HD makeup, which was claimed to last over 12 hours, started wearing off in less than 3 hours. Because of all this, my wedding photos were ruined -- I barely have one decent picture from the entire event, and that too only because I happened to be standing at the right angle. Despite this, they contacted us again for the reception makeup. When I explained everything that had gone wrong, they acknowledged the issues and promised to send skilled professionals. However, given the disaster that was my wedding day, I didn't want to take another chance, especially since the reception was a big event with over 1,500 guests. I had to urgently find another beautician at the last minute. To make matters worse, two days later, the owner called demanding an additional 13,000 on top of the 48,000 I had already paid. Their justification was that the original amount was a discounted rate for all three events, and since I didn't take the reception makeup, they were now retroactively charging me more. The entire team is highly unprofessional and lacks basic skills in makeup and hair styling. They overcharge, underdeliver, and have no sense of responsibility for something as important as a wedding. Avoid at all costs.

The service here is very good. I got my haircut done from Mohammed Jasim. He did it with lot of care and gave a haircut which suited me well. He was kind enough to give good tips on hair care, and is genuine person. The staff are all very friendly and the fees is reasonable compared to other salons.

I went there for facial recently. But i couldn't see any changes on my face. They have told me to pay 2000 for the facial in the beginning, but after the facial she said they have done detan also. So they were asking me to pay 500 rupees extra. But still i didnt get any results. Totally disappointed. Wastage of money and time

*Extremely Disappointing Service and Attitude* I recently visited Nivash for a haircut and Global Colouring, but the entire experience was far from satisfactory. First, the service was incredibly slow. I had to spend over four hours for a service that should have been much quicker, primarily due to the lack of adequate staffing. The front office staff, particularly a woman named Tushara, demonstrated a lack of concern and professionalism. Despite my repeated requests, Tushara made little effort to ensure that my hairstylist, who was overburdened with other clients, attended to me promptly. While the haircut was reasonably decent and initially met my expectations, the hair colouring was a complete disaster. Despite the salon's promise that the colour would last for six months, it faded completely after just three weeks. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that they had recommended this particular colour treatment for my hair. To make matters worse, they failed to provide any post-care instructions to help maintain the colour, leaving me unaware of how to care for it properly. Given how quickly the color faded, I now doubt that they use quality products and suspect they may be using cheaper alternatives. When I contacted the salon to address these issues, Tushara was dismissive and unhelpful. She blamed me for not taking care of my hair. Additionally, when I asked for details about the product they used, they provided only the name but refused to share a picture of it, as I requested. Tushara failed to offer a proper solution or take responsibility for the poor service and results. Now, she doesn't even bother to return my calls. I would not recommend their services to anyone and urge potential customers to be wary of their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

The haircut has easily become one of my favorites, thanks to the incredible skill and artistry of the hairstylist. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Whether you're looking for a simple trim or a bold transformation, their team of talented professionals will exceed your expectations. ...I was a regular customer of "Naturals hair salon" but yea today was the first visit i made to the salon post u rebranded to "Nivash" ........lil distressing that i couldn't meet ur ex- hair styling experts Rinchu,kavitha... Hatsoff !!!to the Hair stylist Mr.Muhammed Jazim as he has done a great service...My daughter look smashing in her new hair style.. Fya,pls ensure that u provide water supply in the washroom...Indeed thankful to the lady staff who succoured me clean my 3 year old daughter ...she literally carried a humongous water bottle to fill the bucket ... I found this service to be a bit bootless....

I've been visiting this amazing saloon for more than 8 years. The staff and experience of any treatment is just great. I'm a regular customer and would recommend everyone to try this experience.

I did hot oil massage it was so relaxing and the massage was excellent. All thanks to Mohammed Jazim whose work was great. Will surely visit again.
