Very friendly staff. Communicates well and gives suggestions. I had eyelash extensions done here. Staff Usha did a great job. She is very friendly with me and other customers..and so are all the staff. That's why I recommend Poppy's Beauty Lounge to everyone. Sreetu did my haircut beautifully and was very friendly. I had a haircut and hair spa form here...it was so good and perfect...they gave me the perfect solution for my needs,thankyou Rinu for making my hair looks so good,she had done very good job;the hair spa was so relaxing ..the massages were dam good;highly recommneding..once again thankyou Rinu for the efforts,you are hair cutting too is amazing..keep going

The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience. Renu handled my hair very neatly and professionally. I am fully satisfied with the service.

I did a gel nail paint service, however, the work is not worth for the money they have charged (which 1,500/-). When I reached home, I realised both the nail shades are different and the finishing is just like a normal nail polish. I have personally done gel nail paint before from a different salon, and had a wonderful experience. Would never recommend to do nails from this salon.

I had an appointment with popeyz for nail extension and the staff who helped me , Usha was really sweet and gave me suggestions too. Was really happy with the service.

I have done nail art from them it's good. Bt the overall service is not good because there coordination and communication is not proper they have to improve there skills in these field. And also it's pretty much expensive for common people.

I don't recommend this place for those who wanna get any facials. I got a gold facial with tan removal from here and had a very bad experience. They didn't steam or remove my blackheads. Facial got over in 15mins or so. Next day my skin started to get darker and more tanned. Today is my 5th day still have no glow and lost my natural skin texture. Also for waxing specially for underarms they dont care if u r in pain , staff pulled multiple times which lead to rashes and burns. U only said it takes more than 1 hr for facial with anti tan and said i left after 1 hr ive not only done facial that day. Did waxing , threading and also nail extension. If all this took only 1hr . Then i guess u got my point. And i didnt inform ur staff while leaving because usually it takes 2 days to get the result after any facials. I commented here after 5 days.
