Very bad service. Inspite of taking appointment for 3 people there were no staff available and some of has to wait for more than an hour. The staff at desk were very rude to us too. All we wanted was them to tell us upfront that there I not enough staff and we would have gone elsewhere.

I must say it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. This was by far the best facial I've ever had. I'll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Commiting to services they cannot handle at all. Terrible scheduling and time management. Very poor handling of clients, made us wait for nearly an hour. the managers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Services are expensive. Would never go back..

Horrible..went for my kids haircut.destroyed their hair.doesn't even comb their hair.the guy doesn't even understand what we want .truly unprofessional.also they are collecting GST and not giving bills.
