I had a totally unfair experience in toni and guy. Customer service was really bad. Hair stylist was not even able to understand what I say. I had to tell them to wash hair before hair cut and after wash she doesn't even know to place the towel properly. All my dress became wet. I felt like smaller saloons offer better services than this. Not worth for 1500 at all.

Totally disappointed. I went for hair coloring and it became a failure. I did hair coloring a year back and that was perfect. Now the hair stylists are changed and dont know anything. I even have that stylist a refernce picturr. Still no use. Customer service was also bad. I never recommed this place to anyone. There are many other salons provide good service.

Very disappointing service The premises are below average and less hygienic. Staff welcoming is fine, and coming to the services is below average. Dear Tony&Guy, do the proper checking with your dealership for your goodwill.

Totally disappointed. I went for a skin fade haircut. I have tried different Toni&Guy salons. The stylist was really disappointing. It costed me 1100 Rs. I should have opted a normal salon instead of a stylist. He didn't have an idea of how to do a skin fade and I had to continuously give instructions not to damage my hair and I didn't let him do the rest of my requirement. I would never suggest for someone to damage their hair styling options. It was very unfortunate. Stylist behaviour was really well mannered but unfortunately skill set is very poor and a lot to improve. I hope they would give him proper training.
