Excellent Service and Amazing Experience! I had a wonderful experience at CUT MATE .The place was very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The ambiance was so relaxing, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special thanks to ROSHAN , who did an incredible job. He was very professional, friendly, and highly skilled. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect look. Whether it was a facial, haircut,everything was done with great care and perfection. But over all the price was little bit high comparitively I highly recommend cut mate for anyone looking for top-quality beauty services. I'll definitely be visiting again! They truly listened to what we wanted and gave my daughter a gorgeous new look that suits her so well! I had my hair blow-dried and was beyond impressed! The stylist Shiva was so knowledgeable and kind, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. My hair turned out beautifully--so soft, shiny, and styled to perfection. Did an excellent job for cutting hair of my one year old baby boy. The stylist was patient and very understanding of the tantrums of the one year old. He did a very good job in the end. I world recommend the place hands down.

Disappointing Experience I called this salon to enquire about a haircut, and they insisted on booking an appointment first. When I arrived, they introduced me to a "hair specialist." I had come prepared with a reference photo, hoping to get a similar style. During the haircut, I repeatedly asked if the final look would match the reference. The specialist assured me it would, especially after styling. However, once the haircut was done, it looked nothing like the photo - it was just a basic, straight haircut. I was clearly disappointed. When I raised my concerns, a lady who seemed to be the manager stepped in and spoke to another woman, likely the receptionist. They tried to fix it a bit, but the damage was already done. I ended up paying 1200 for a haircut I wasn't happy with. I left the salon and went straight to another one in Manjeri for a second opinion. The stylist there clearly explained how different my haircut was from the reference and helped fix it - though I had to pay again. Overall, this salon was a waste of time and money. The so-called "specialist" didn't seem to have the skills or understanding to deliver what I asked for. Would not recommend.
