I had the worst experience with HAIR SMOOTHENING. After the treatment, my hair is still curly, damaged, and looks absolutely terrible. Now, I either have to cut it all off or wait another six months before I can try smoothening again. When I addressed the issue with the stylist and management, I was met with the most unprofessional behaviour . They showed no remorse for the damage they caused to my hair. They refused to take responsibility and lied to my face to avoid accountability. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
