Rating: I recently visited Achu's Bridal Villa for my bridal makeup and the day-before preparations. I came across this parlour through my family, who spoke highly of it based on past experiences. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet those expectations. While the makeup and hairstyle were satisfactory, the overall process was disappointing. The parlour has become increasingly busy, leading to overbooked appointments and poor communication regarding timings. It seems the person in charge struggles to manage the influx of customers effectively. Despite multiple interactions, they failed to remember key details like my name, phone number, or even my wedding date, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been an enjoyable experience. Additionally, I had specifically mentioned that I have sensitive skin, yet they used a razor on my face the day before my wedding. This resulted in pimples on my wedding day, and unfortunately, they have not cleared up yet. Moreover, I ordered 8 boutonnieres, but one was missing. When I brought this to their attention, their response was simply to use a flower from the bouquet, which was quite disappointing. I hope they address these issues and improve their customer service moving forward.
