Really hated it.worst experience. They even do not either know or have an idea on just simple hairstyling and beyond that it's very costly . The staffs were very harsh on hairs ( literally plucking out the hairs). I would not recommend to anyone searching for good parlour in muvattupuzha. We have better budget friendly, clean and customer friendly salons here at muvattupuzha.

I personally liked the service provide by Mohamed and one more lady . Hair Cur,beard trim and facial 5/5 , he so flexible towards customers Pedicure: one lady(I dono her name) had done it with high level of patience and concentration. I rate 5/5 for her work Overall experience was awesome

I recently visited Fessy Family Salon and had a wonderful experience. I opted for a haircut, facial, manicure, pedicure ,full body waxing and threading . The haircut turned out great- Fessy Aunty really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Sindhu Chechi did my Hydra facial and it was refreshing and left my skin feeling rejuvenated, with a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced the experience. The manicure and pedicure were equally impressive thanks to Priyanka Chechi , my nails look fantastic. Jesna Chechi did an excellent job on my eyebrows, shaping them perfectly and enhancing my overall look. The full body waxing was efficient and as comfortable as possible. Staffs are really friendly. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Fessy Family Salon & Makeover Studio for anyone looking for quality services in a warm and clean environment.

I've frequented multiple times in the male barber shop, hoping for a positive change, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Despite providing clear instructions and even showing reference pictures, the haircut I receive never aligns with my expectations. The lack of attention to detail seems to be an ongoing issue. Adding to the frustration is the noticeable disengagement of the malayali barber during each session. It's disheartening to feel that my time is undervalued as the barber often appears more interested in their phone than delivering a quality haircut. (P.S The other Hindi guy is good and does the work sincerely)

This is my honest review. At first when I entered, i clearly mentioned TO THEM that i only need a normal face clean up along with a hair cut and blow dry. The staffs of this place were so unbothered and happen to use bleach for my face clean up. then when it was about hair cutting i happen to tell them multiple times not to shorten the length of my hair and they did the exact opposite of what i asked for. on the other hand. when i was sitting on the chair, one of the staffs randomly came to me and looked at my hair and was adamant about giving me a dandruff hair treatment without even telling me beforehand exactly what was exactly all materials will be used on my hair. one of the lady was so rough with my hair that i have lost patches of my hair along with some bruises all over my scalp. my experience was so so soo bad in this place. soon after the hair treatment it was time for hair cut which was scary because the women who was cutting my hair was scary. she was ruthless and angry due to some personal reasons which was just scary. my first experience in this salon was bad. Hygiene was poor. The staffs were unbothered and very keen to just take the payment for their bare minimum services.

They sell hair serum with MRP 399 for rs 800 and only we can get it for below 300 rs. This is a cheating beauty parlor with high price with low quality. Everyone please find some other place as they are totally frauds.
