Hi I know fessy, her staff and salon for more than 30 years. She's a self made woman with an experience of 35 years in this industry. The review written by the previous customer looks like just a personal grudge on her establishments and her status. First of all the staff asks exactly what the customer wants, they make sure that customer is given all knowledge about the service given and then they proceed after the customers approval. Anyways it's just a mere thing which the lady overblew it in review. Also when staff respects us v have to respect the staff too. People with basic manners and common sense will know it. No matter where ur from ur etiquette come from within. I support u fessy.

I loved my holy communion makeup my aunties also did their make up and it looked fantastic and a person from England also came and did her make up and it was gorgeous thank you Fessy aunty

My sister refer me this place for hair coloring and highlights. Two of us went to this place today, one young lady came and asked us which color we want for highlights and prize of 3000 for each head.and reduced to 2000, i have gray hair the owner of the lady came and placed hat and statred doing highlights for couple of hairs. And i asked how come no one covering my gray first, but they were busy to offer me facial.spoke with the owner about the coverage. They never explained to my sister also the out come after highlights , she want to have hightlighted. Color from her forehead llots of excuses and eneded up having only in the back.they could have tell us ealy, so we will not even do the highlights. While i was teling them about the bad suvice another lady came and took pic of my brothers' car plate, saying i have to follow my bossI am giving them zero star. Pls any one going here make sure that you get advantage of ur money. I paid 4000 Rs. The owner was so rude.
