Very bad customer dealing and non experienced staff. Never expect value for money service. I visited on December 26th for facial, hair cut + bear setting and there were 2 non-Kerala gents staff and 1 Kerala lady staff. Lady staff seems to be handling the parlor that day. My facial was done by a person who knows how to do a haircut and does not know how to set a beard. I wanted to leave but I had to travel that evening so I sat down... At last they said that it was 1800 rupees and I believed that they understood what I had to say, paid the money and left without saying a word.
