Well organized yoga center, experienced and professional yoga masters both arun and anuja.Feel good atmosphere of chanting mantra.They always provide correct guidance to doctors, if someone need any health advice .I personally enjoyed a lot.

Yoga and Karate training center at Neyyattinkara, Trivandrum Kids yoga and gentle yoga are also available here. The centre has a positive environment, and the classes are excellent.
