My stylist was incredibly talented and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The services were reasonably priced, and I loved the extra touches and relaxing music. The haircut and color I received were flawless, and I've received countless compliments since my visit. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience. i had threading and a cleanup. Before the cleanup, they told me a price, and I agreed. But after the treatment, they gave me a different bill with extra charges. Since I had two treatments, I thought both were part of one package, but they didn't mention any separate prices earlier. The prices varied a lot, and I'm not satisfied with the service. I already paid the amount, but I believe I could have received much better treatment elsewhere for that price

I had hair cut and threading. We are not satisfied with their customer service and treatments. Over priced and not well finished. My face and hair looks dull than before. I won't recommend anyone. Nobody please experience the same. The shape of face was changed and hair was not cleaned properly. They won't style as we say. It's just over priced and they are greedy. They don't care for our concerns. I'm highly disappointed with them. They are not friendly and poor in communication. Please don't repeat it to other customers Customers please don't go and experience the same. Many of my friends and others experience the same. So please careful

The best in North Paravur. Had visited for facial and hair coloring as well as for my HD and my sis in law's bridal makeup. Very much satisfied with their service. Staff is really courteous and friendly. And the make up done was just wow.

I had a disappointing experience at Devika beauty parlour. I went in for a simple service,expecting quality care,encountered a number of issues .Not only did they charge extra for a basic clean up without explanation,but the overall service was subpar. I also had an upper lip waxing done,and it left with me a noticeable injury on my skin.This is unacceptable,as salons should handle such services carefully to prevent any harm to the clients.The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.The staff needs better training in skill and the owner needs responsibility for making customers satisfied in dealing such situations.I hope they make improvements for the sake of future clients."
