The experience I got from this team exceeded my expectations. From the basic services before my brother's marriage till the makeup for the last event, everything was done with utmost dedication and effort. As someone who has been part of some celebrity makeup drills, I can't tell you how calming the entire process felt. I'm not a fan of makeup sessions since I have had many bitter experiences related to the racist comments that they make casually about their clients. But It's safe to say my previous experiences were nullified. All the staff will be treating every single query you have with utmost patience. You will feel safe and secure to be there. Best feature about this place is how open they are for feedback. They want you to be comfortable. The space might be small, but they had a big heart. It felt homely to receive some simple coffee that the staff prepares for you. Yes, the space might not be as dainty as the luxurious makeup saloons that one might look for, but the work speaks for itself. I received multiple compliments for all my looks. I have got good experience from this saloon.I am really happy to their work from my marriage,I preferred simple make up they will give me simple and beautiful look ,Roopa Chechi and team mates are so friendly,they will do their best for the customers.

Underwent hair kera smooth or kerastase treatment here(not exactly sure what since each time they mentioned different name). It was absolute disaster and waste of my time (5.5 hrs) and money (8k). Only result I got was head ache and hair fall due to hard hair pull. Hair looks completely messed up and frizzy next day after hairdo. Really disappointed. No privacy during facial and hair do since everything will be done in front of all trainees Edit: Response for the comments from parlour is that I am not doing keratin for the first time and i very well know how to handle hair after treatment.And for hundredth time I have no issues with curls, am talking about hair texture which is even more frizzy after your treatment. My sisters and friends have all done keratin and never ever has seen such poor results just next day itself. You guys are either using cheap products or not enough products or no much experience doing it. For your info people with dry or damaged hair does keratin for hair rescue Also I had told them it was paining while pulling hair i guess you people are fooling people by providing such treatments and by lot of unnecessary sweet talks.
