Had an amazing first-time hair colouring experience at Kell, Ottapalam! Subha Chechi guided me so well and made the whole process super comfortable. They use high-quality, skin- and hair-friendly products which gave me a lot of confidence. I also did facial, waxing, and threading--Deepa was incredible with her massage and attention to detail. For a better understanding of the products and service costs, definitely have a word with Priya Chechi--she gives great insights and helps you choose what suits your budget best. Highly recommend for top-notch service and a warm vibe!

A few days ago, my sister visited Kell Salon for a haircut and met Sona there. Sona did her haircut, and it turned out so well that my sister highly recommended both the salon and Sona to me. Taking her advice, I booked an appointment with Sona for a haircut and a few other treatments. Sona was absolutely lovely--she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and chatted with me in the sweetest way. She thoughtfully suggested what would suit me best throughout the session. In the end, my haircut turned out amazing--I'm beyond happy with my bouncy, voluminous hair. Huge thanks to Sona! I'll definitely be coming back and booking with her again.

I had a haircut today, and honestly, it was something I didn't expect -- in the best way. It made me realize what I'd been missing from other barbers. Mr. Siraj gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. He did such an amazing job without needing any instructions. His work really stood out. I don't usually leave reviews, but after my last two visits with him, I felt like I had to. I highly recommend Siraj to others -- he truly knows what he's doing.
