Visited for the 3rd time. The last two times I went for a haircut and had a good experience -- Rahul did a great job. But this time, I was totally disappointed. I asked for a normal facial, but they ended up doing both a facial and detan without clearly informing me, and the price was way too expensive. Also, beard shaping was done by a new person and the experience was just average. Not happy with this visit.

I did hair highlights and spa. My sister did nail fixing. Reasonable price and really friendly staff. It was a really good experience. The saloon was very spacious and clean. Not much of crowd was there. We visited during the afternoon.

It was really superb. Good service and nice behavior by the staffs. They are very friendly in nature and extremely polite. Very happy and satisfied by their service. One of the best salon in Ottappalam. Really recommend this one.
