It's unacceptable how unprofessional and toxic this parlour is. The staff lacks basic decency, engages in blatant body-shaming, performs services without consent, and shamelessly adjusts prices based on the customer's appearance. Such behavior is disgraceful and unworthy of any patron's trust.

They don't care about our preferences. First time I have good experience with threading and bad experience with haircut. Then I visited for threading, thinking she will do good as last time. Such a waste of money
