Very overpriced and poor service. Sub-par level. Staff are arrogant. I enquired over phone regarding rates of hair keratin treatment and hair colouring . They told 4k rate for full hair colouring and starting rate of 4.5k for keratin treatment. Once i reached there the rates told were 9k for colouring (20 streaks )and 11k for keratin treatment.I have just below shoulder length hair . So i was not expecting this much of a difference in price. Still went on with it as i saw good ratings on google. But after colouring my hair this is how my hair looked ( see pic). Chocolate brown colour was not at all visible . This is what i spent 9k on. I chose not to do keratin treatment from there . So went to naturals the same day and got it done at a much reasonable rate (almost half the price). Never going back to kell again. Also will advice against it to anyone who asks . I have been doing hair treatments since 2015 and this is the most overpriced place i have ever visited for the sub par level service they provide with their arrogent staff. Please keep in mind that having a beautiful building is not enough to sustain customers .adios

I went to Kell for my groom makeover, and I'm writing this review a week after my wedding. I'm truly impressed and extremely happy with the entire experience. Sreenu bro was incredibly friendly and professional -- I've never come across someone with such expertise. His work was outstanding, and his warm nature made the experience even better.

I recently visited Kell Salon for a Botox hair treatment and balayage, done by KARUNA, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The service was exceptional, and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Karuna did an amazing job, paying attention to every detail to ensure my hair looked perfect. I've been a regular customer of Kell Saloon and Spa, Chandranagar, for over four years and have always been impressed with the quality and consistency of their services. The staff is generally skilled, and I've had many satisfying experiences here. However, I recently encountered a disappointing situation that I felt compelled to share. About a month ago, I had a haircut and global hair colouring done at the saloon. Since my hair was quite long, I was charged 2000 for the colouring, which I found reasonable. Yesterday ( April 2025), I visited again for a haircut, which was slightly shorter than the last time. When I inquired about the cost for the same global colouring (with the same shade), I was told 2500. I mentioned that I had paid 2000 just a month earlier for longer hair and requested the staff to double check the pricing. Although I was polite and clear, the person didn't verify the rate with anyone and simply smiled. I repeated my request, but there was no effort made to clarify or explain the price difference, so I chose not to proceed with the colouring. While paying the bill, I brought this up with the person at the billing counter, but unfortunately, he didn't seem interested in hearing my concern or acknowledging it. This is the first time I've had such an experience at Kell, and it was quite disappointing not just due to the unclear pricing, but also because of the dismissive attitude. I want to emphasize that this feedback is not intended to criticize the saloon harshly, but to encourage more transparency in pricing and better responsiveness to customer concerns. I still appreciate the services at Kell and will continue to visit, hoping for a better experience next time.

I got a nashi hair spa done from kell salon. The experience was very calming and peaceful. I really appreciate the service given by Sweety. She's such a sweetheart. She really made me feel comfortable and the massage was also very relaxing. Her polite behavior really elevated my experience. Thank you sweety.

I'm extremely happy with both services I received. The haircut by Suman was the best I've ever gotten to date--she's incredibly friendly, expertly skilled, and works with such ease. Every specification I mentioned was not only met but even exceeded. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! As for the waxing by Seema, she addressed all my concerns and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her as well.
