Called Dezert for a last minute guest makeup appointment on a very busy Sunday and was lucky to find Sathya. She spoke Hindi, like how i wanted, and she was understanding and polite throughout the whole ordeal. She came very early for the morning temple wedding and was very prompt and professional. Charges are a little overpriced, but for my need of the hour, Dezert delivered. Thank you!

Wonderful service. Ever since I moved to my husband's place I found this place and amazing service in all terms. The staffs are so friendly. They have all types of services in best way possible. I always do Hair spa , facial , keratin & Botox treatment , threading , hair coloring. I'm always satisfied with their work. It's unisex salon as you can come with your husband and do together at a time so there won't be any pick and drop problems. There is separate section for ladies. Highly recommending this salon for all types of services.

Recently I visited this salon for a haircut and coloring. The atmosphere was good, and the service was nice. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement. I spent almost 3.5 hours at the salon, but they didn't offer any refreshments--not even water. Most beauty parlors usually provide at least a drink, which would have been appreciated during such a long visit. Additionally, the pricing felt a bit steep, especially considering the lack of basic amenities like water. Overall, while the service was decent, these small details could make a big difference in the customer experience.
