very bad service, yesterday evening I went for threading at this parlor. Already I tell her please maintain this thickness but one eyebrow she had finished and show me I was shocking, very thin and irregular shape my eyebrow, oh my god. How can I manage your improper service? What is your explanation for doing this such a nonsense service?

I have to wait for half an hour to start haircaut when there are no customers and all the chairs are empty , staffs were not pleasent and staffs sitting in the lounge without attending customer and surfing phones. Secondly clealiness ... very poor The cloth looks dirty and smells like not even washed since inauguration , i asked to change the cloth but the second one was too same . The smell in the room was like sitting in the toilet for haircut . Very poor management running the shop, dont know how to keep clean and neat .

*Service is so horrible. *North Indian staffs who don't know how to speak in malayalam or in English. It was so hard to communicate and convey customer preferences. *I had haircut and eyebrow threading in this salon. It was not a professional haircut. I often go to other salons, so I know how professional it would be.... *They don't even know how to hold scissors and to handle other equipments. *I had severe injuries in my eyebrows due to careless threading.
