We had a wonderful experience. Our hairstylist Shanid was very friendly and recommended hairstyles which would suit us and it turned out on point. The advanced hair wash we got done was using premium products after assessing our hair types. We are well satisfied with the customer service. Looking forward for our next visit.

I got an haircut from here yesterday. I said mid fade and i got the worst haircut in my life. I wouldn't mind paying 1000 for an haircut but the person's action and talking seemed very professional but when it comes to cutting it was all style but not at all good. Really would've gone to a normal bengali barber and gotten a better haircut. Now i have to get a buzzcut as my hair is messed up.

I usually had my hair services from styling to wash done back then from here while they had an amazing stylist, Sara. After she left, I continued going but however had this very pathetic experience where I was asked to wait for a long time and then after the hair was done, they initially told me the an amount but later changed it and texted me to pay an extra amount of +400. It is disappointing on how the charge just changed a day after that too after the styling was done? It felt unprofessional that I had stopped visiting the salon. Tony & Guy seem as a far better option now when it comes to services and rates!

Very disappointed with my experience. My brother in law had an appointment for his wedding, but the staff didn't show up at the scheduled time and the saloon was closed. He waited for quite a while with no clear communication or apology. This is unprofessional and a waste of time. If you value reliability and respect for your time, I wouldn't recommend this place.. Never book any appointment for any of your special days because they are not reliable..

Had a wonderful experience at Bluby yesterday, myself and mum got haircut done by ms Garima. She was so nice and maintained good communication and did exactly what we wanted. Hair spa was extremely relaxing with Garima's massage. Loved the experience and will surely recommend to family and friends.

The malayali staffs are good. Others are not upto the mark. And last time I went there it was very hot. Considering the amount they charge they should take care of atleast the air conditioning. If improvements are not made I would reccomend a local barber shop over bluby.

I recently visited Bluby Signature Salon and had a mixed experience. While the salon's ambiance was nice, the service I received from the Hindi-speaking stylist from out of state was disappointing. Specifically, the hair and beard styling were not up to the mark. The cut was uneven, and the stylist seemed to lack experience. For a salon that claims to be "signature," I expected better quality.

Had an amazing experience for padicure and henna application with jishmaya. Really recommend it. Thank you
