Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Hype I had a very disappointing experience at Tony and Guy Salon, Perumbavoor. I took my son there for a haircut as their board mentioned "Expert Stylist." But what we got was far from professional. All the staff seemed to be migrants, and even after my husband clearly explained the style we wanted, the stylist completely messed it up. It looked like he was experimenting on my son's hair rather than giving a proper haircut. It's heartbreaking because this was just a day before my brother's engagement, and my son's look is now completely ruined. Another letdown was when I enquired about makeup services. I only needed a simple eye makeup which is listed as 650, but the staff informed me they wouldn't open early just for that, insisting the shop opens only at 10 am. For someone looking for minimal services, this place is absolutely rigid and unaccommodating. Their service pricing is also ridiculously high - a basic pedicure costs nearly 2000! While we are willing to pay for quality, there is no assurance of it here. Please don't be fooled by the brand name. When it comes to personal grooming and styling, professionalism and skill matter more than flashy boards and inflated prices. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.
