I had a facial, haircut, and eyebrow threading done at Natural Salon in Piravom, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Riya was the professional who took care of me, and she was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail in every stroke was impressive--so gentle, patient, and professional. She created a calm and serene environment that made the whole experience even more relaxing. I highly recommend Natural Salon, especially facials by Riya. Her exceptional skills made it a memorable visit!

Did my engagement make up there . I wanted a very simple makeup and hair do. All thanks to Jasmine for making me look exactly like I asked for . Very professional and comfortable approach . At affordable rate too. Recommended service.

'Naturals Piravom'Worst experience ever They made to wait a 4 year old girl kid for 1 hour for hair cutting and after that they told it will take another 1hr again.They told they need to attend a customer for Botox (which value more)after making us waiting for 1 hr. Atleast they should show a minimum Curtesy for a young kid to mention it initially. How can a person wait with a 4 year old kid for 2 hrs for hair cuttting. Management people are worse & no sense at all. Then we came to 'Toni & Guy' piravom. work done within 20 mins. That's it.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Naturals Piravom. I booked an appointment for 2 services, and I ended up waiting for over 7 hours to come out of the salon. Despite having an appointment, the staff seemed completely disorganized and I was left sitting there with no updates in the middle of services as well. By the time I finally got all my services, I was already irritated and felt like my time wasn't valued. I reached the salon by 11:15 AM and left the place at 7 PM. It's incredibly disappointing when a salon can't manage appointments properly. The worst service was with their waxing service and it left me with painful body burns that lasted for days. The staff clearly didnt have enough experience in doing waxing properly or she was acting as if she was in a rush, and the wax was applied too hot, causing severe discomfort. I tried to tell her about the discomfort and the improper waxing she has been doing, she was trying to defend by saying that its the problem with my skin. I've had waxing done before at other outlets of Naturals and this was by far the worst experience. These type of Franchise will definitely spoil the reputation of salon like Naturals.I ended up with red, irritated skin, and had to use multiple creams to soothe the burns. I will definitely not be returning for any waxing services, and I would not recommend this salon for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable waxing experience.

I had a really nice experience getting done the argon hair spa. The staffs were extremely pleasant and helpful specifically i would like to mention treesa and ancy who were extremely hospitable.

We are regular visitors here, Naturals always provide great experience during each visit. Treesa is one of the best resources here, who provides the best skin care. We love each experience, the services and friendly staffs. Thank you!

Recently me and my mother visited the store naturals salon in piravom for hair botox. In my opinion naturals in piravom is one of the best to be vist. All the staffs where very friendly and cooperative kind of homely feel Especially the staff Jasmin make us feel more comfortable and relaxed. I had a sister feel with her Her patience, kindness, dedication, perfection and skill was truly admirable. Jasmin helps to get the best for customers and make sure to explain each step clearly which I have seen very rarely. Thank you Jasmin and team for a wonderful customer service
