Patricia Memorial Woman's Beauty Parlour

One of the worst beauty parlors I've been to. We booked this parlor for my sister's engagement hair and makeup and the experience was terrible from the start. They refuse to listen to what we want or our concerns and dismisses them. They keep trying to push for other services that are not needed. For example, my sister has curly hair and they keep trying to push for hair smoothening when all the other hair salons we have consulted strongly advised against it as styling the hair for engagements and weddings can reverse the hair smoothening results. Even when we said we don't need it they keep trying to push for it and fail how the hair won't stay the same throughout the event if not permanently straightened and hard to style. If you cannot style curly hair then you should not be in this line of business. They are extremely rough and ready for all the services we had there for three days. Their idea of applying "gel" polish is applying normal polish and burning our hands with a hair dryer. Even when my sister said she didn't want a facial due to her sensitive skin and concern for possible adverse reactions the day before the engagement, they still wouldn't let up and kept pushing their "top of the line" and "expensive" products. There is absolutely no respect for customers and they have badmouthed my mother to me behind her back just because she was inquiring about the rates and costs. If you ask a question, do not expect a straight answer as they will start with a history lesson and lecture on unrelated concepts. In the end, the final hair and makeup wasn't even good. I had to fix some of her clumsily applied makeup while her badly styled hair wouldn't even budge underneath the thick layer of hairspray. They talk a good game but fail to follow through. I plead everyone to stay away from this salon if you don't want your wedding stress worsened by them. There are far better options just nearby.

Superb service at reasonable price & very dedicated staff. They give importance to customers choice & do accordingly, which I think is really impressive. Moreover, which attracted me is the clean atmosphere there. You can trust them girls

There is no option to give 0 star, otherwise I would have given that. My sister has done her hair straightening here and had very worst experience. The owner lady and other staff did the procedure. My sister had burning sensation at upper head and crown area, she told the same during the procedure itself. But they informed it is the part of heating, and it ll be fine soon. Final look was terrific, hair was dry and brittle. She refused all her mistakes and told it's normal in all process, and charged 10000 without any manner. This was done on January. Hair breakage started in few days, again we went to parlour she gave one hair mask and told everything will be fine in few days, but never accept their mistake. Now my sister is struggling with her hair, hair is fully damaged, and she was very uncomfortable and un-confident. There is no option to cut it, because hair broken like that. Please never trust this kind of parlour. Now a days they are telling like they are enough confident and know the procedure. Please stop doing this.. Genuine review,

Patricia Memorial Woman's Parlour is a highly professional and customer friendly organization...Apart from their valuable Services they are keen in various social activities as well....They have started their stitching unit recently..May God bless them with more Success..
