What an incredible experience! The level of professionalism and care is unmatched. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. My appointment was on time,and and I was treated to the botox treatment.I left feeling refreshed, with a fabulous hair stylist..!! and I must say, l'm beyond impressed! The results are amazing-my hair feels incredibly smooth, frizz-free, and naturally straight without any damage. Unlike traditional keratin treatments, this was completely formaldehyde-free, making it a much safer and healthier option for my hair.. Wonderful all around. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Person cutting hair stylist was gentle, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. highly recommend Hair botox at la & leo salon..!! I visited La & Leo Unisex Salon for my sister's haircut, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet or attend to us, which made us feel unwelcomed. Additionally, as I preferred a female stylist for my sister, it was inconvenient that no lady staff were available at the time. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Better Greeting System- Staff should acknowledge customers promptly, even if they're busy. A simple Hello, we'll be with you shortly" helps. 2. Clear Staff Availability- If the salon is unisex, it would help to inform customers (via signage or online) when female stylists are/aren't available. 3. Prioritize Customer Comfort- Train staff to be more attentive, especially when clients have preferences regarding gender or service.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is generally friendly and skilled. However, I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, though, the quality of the service was excellent, and I left with a great look.

This is one of the best places I've visited. I got my perfect haircut here and absolutely loved it. It turned out exactly the way I wanted!
