They don't listen to instructions and charge too much even when they have messed up your hair. Asked for long face framing layers and gave me short bangs. I refused further styling as I was visibly disappointed but they still charged Rs.500.

Not professional and very bad customer service. I asked for waxing, they used some expensive wax without even asking and I was shocked seeing the bill. Moreover I had black shades all over my hand for almost 3 mnths. Staffs were friendly but not professional at all. #verylatereview.. but really irritated thinking about this place

Worst parlour ever visited. I'm from Tamil Nadu don't know much malayalam to talk. For pedicure they charged 1000rs. But first question I was asked was should the nail polish be removed? I told her in pedicure what you will do do all dont ask such questions. Next I couldn't see her shaping my nails so I told her to but towards the end I saw only one leg she shaped and other leg she didn't do. Then I was today asked her to do she said I already did. And she argued with me for10 mins giving me stress. Waste of time money and energy. Untrained people work here. I won't go or suggest anyone.

Worst service and worst staff I went to this place with my sister and the lady who was doing the job have no clue HOW TO BEHAVE with coustomer... she behaves like she is the only one beautician(actually went to this place only because this was open on sunday) service also was very bad ..i will never suggest this place ..better go to some other
