Empathetic staff!! Services can be improved though. Went for a haircut and I have a pixie style. The stylist was skillful in normal cuts but not with pixie styles. But he did manage to cover up the flaw. They do not reveal the shampoo bottles they use.

Very bad experience with the salon.. all their staffs are very rude and they use cheap quality products claiming it to be good .. everything is cheap and low quality also customer dealing is very bad

Do not get done your hair colouring from here.....very poor facilities...not professional staffs and what more, atleast they should've some basic facilities.don't waste your money there.

My sister and I usually prefer this salon for haircut. Almost three weeks back, I went for one again. My hair was smoothened 6 months back. So citing this reason the stylist did not go for any special styles on my hair. Instead he just shortened my hair(about an inch from my back and around 2 inches from my crown area). Haircut was not that great but adjustable. I was taken aback when he told me the price..1200 Rs..I paid him thinking that I would never visit this place again. Just imagine, for mere shortening the length of my hair, he charged me this high. Not to mention, shampooing was the worst. He did massage my hair for a minute and that itself was terrible. Would never suggest this salon to anyone. No specific price for any services . They charge you based on your status.

Very bad experience I don't like the behavior of staff

I did skin brightening facial and waxing few days back and I'm very much satisfied with the results. Prajina was the one who did the service for me and she was very pleasant and did the job well with patience (unlike many people who are always in a rush to finish the work). My threading was done by another senior lady beautician and that was also done well. I always judge a salon based on their threading skills and I'm very anxious whenever I do it because i have thin eyebrows. She was patient to listen to all my directions about what to do and what not to do and did exactly as I instructed. Thanks for the great experience.

Was not a pleasant experience here. Even though there were lot of staff, it appeared to be that only 1 or 2 of them were able to the offer the services. I went for hair spa and stying and felt like they rushed through it and the styling was very poorly done. I wanted to do curls and they just literally sprayed a lot of hair spray and made a few curls with a heating iron. The price paid was totally not worth it. The staff need to better plan the client's appointments so that they can provide more one to one service rather than rushing through the process.

Visited this saloon on 26/05/2023 Had A very bad experience The saloon is using trainee staffs for providing services. The services for which we pay and expect a good service. Using such amateur staff ,that too without the customers permission is unjustifiable,unethical and totally unprofessional. And overall they ended up causing bad skin burns due to poor technique and inexperience. We had to get medical attention and needed a whole 2 weeks for the skin lesions to heal. Kindly if you value your health and well-being kindly choose another saloon It's a humble request from a very unsatisfied customer
