I've visited this outlet multiple times and generally had a good experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and appear well-trained in their work. However, hygiene remains a concern. As a customer, I've not seen any visible sanitation of the equipment between uses, which can be unsettling. It would be reassuring if such practices were done openly in front of customers to build trust. If this aspect is addressed, I'd be happy to return in the future.

I've been getting my haircuts from Mukesh for over a year now, and let me tell you--this man is a true artist. Whether it's a fresh fade or a casual cleanup, he always gets it spot on. He listens, gives great suggestions, and makes sure you leave the chair looking sharp every single time.
