I had initially rated this saloon as 4 stars, re rating after 3 years. This saloon is out of naturals franchise now. They are independent saloon now. For the last three times in a row, the experience was not good. The staff are inexperienced, and not properly trained by the brand. Products are also not as recommended by naturals. My wife also had similar experience. Moved to the actual naturals that has come up near Paris residency now.

On 21st September I have done botox from naturals, thalassery near Paris residency for an offer rate of 3999/ and after one week of this I'm facing severe hair fall and dryness in my hair, never expected such bad experience from parlour like naturals...from my experience I suggest if anyone planning to go for such hair treatment please go at your on risk and when I asked for refund they are suggesting hair spa which I can't risk again ....terribly disappointed.....

Visited Naturals Beauty Parlour to get my friend's hair colored, and the experience was excellent! The staff was professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable about hair treatments. They took the time to understand what we wanted and delivered a fantastic result.

I recently visited this parlour and had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, especially for waxing, detan, and hair spa treatments. The hair spa, in particular, was incredibly soothing and refreshing. Thanu, the staff member who assisted me, did an outstanding job with the hair spa, making it an especially relaxing experience. The attention to detail and quality of service truly stood out. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and professional service!

Pathetic service for the brand they are! Legs hurt during the pedicure; each toenail now has different shapes. Dissatisfied even with a simple haircut! A tad overpriced for what they offer. They accept payment in cash ONLY. (No e-payments or cards) There isn't much of a parking space or structure. If two-wheelers are parked on the road to the salon, one can't drive a car through.

Was here for pedicure, service was satisfactory. Staff behavior was great and friendly. Parking area is less and building is situated infront of a narrow road. Overall good service.

Yesterday I went for hair spa.. I never thought Il have such a bad customer experience.. The lady staff who has done the spa has made my hair more dry and my hair is being splitting more than before doing the spa. The lady staff has not even set my hair after doing the spa... Please ask them to do behave properly accordingly as the customer always wish to have a better satisfaction I was undergoing pain with my hair while she was doing the spa...Staff behavior and attitude should be changed. She was showing all aggressive attitude on my hair.. Still now I'm having headache.. My head and hair has been totally spoiled.. Il never suggest anyone naturals
