Went for hair botox the staff doing my gair was so lazy that he didnt even dry my hair after washing and skipped the last step .There is literally no difference bfore and after felt like waste of money tbh

Worst salon ever. Pathetic customer service. I had bad experience couple of times with this salon. Once I enquired about a package and they said they will contact me on my number and never responded. Same happened after few days again when I tried to contact them. And recently when I went in for a haircut, neither was nobody at the reception nor the hairdressers there wasn't responsive. They really don't know how to treat customers. I will never visit this salon ever again nor will never let anybody I know to get there.

Went today for a haircut for my 1 year old kid. I guy who seems to be the receptionist asked us to wait almost 1 hour as the person who deal with kids haircutting is on the way to saloon, somehow me managed to wait and when we were about to leave the person arrived. When she saw the kid she refused to cut as the reason was "my child is a boy"...... and we had to leave saloon without haircut Never go here for your kid's, they don't have any commitment towards their job

One week ago, I did keratin treatment from here.. Bt after first wash my hair structure changed to its original. They charge 8000 rupees for keratin. And I didn't get any benefit from this. After that I went there to give my feedback. Bt they didn't even properly respond to my complaint. Very bad experience

very bad experience and I'm disappointed. Day before yesterday I was there for my facial ( pearl) it's totally waste my time and money. I didn't get these kind of experience from anywhere.Its costly, but we the customers are ready to spend money to get good results. but here they charge high cost and didn't get any results. Please don't go there its utterly waste of our time and money.

Worst salon in town and very bad behavior of management.wudnt even give one star.. but no option below one star.. so giving one star, not just client even staffs are also treated very badly at this place.
