Love Dale Beauty Parlour and Tailoring

I gave a blouse piece to be stitched. They promised to deliver it in 1 week, and on the day when I called, they said it's not ready and come by tomorrow. I asked them specifically to set it ready by 11 the next day, as I had to leave for another city on that day. When I called in the morning, they said come by 12pm. I had to wait for another hour at the store; when enquired, they said it is being stitched. Seriously, what was the 1-week buffer for then if they were going to stitch it after I came to the store? And when I tried it, it was horrible. I paid Rs1200 for it, and it was like it was stitched by an amateur. Like seriously, if they don't know how to stitch it properly, why do they even promise it? And on top of it, Rs1200 for a blouse is like a ripoff. They give the worst service ever. I lost the money I spent on the material and on stitching, and I can't even wear it to the function.

Really bad experience. It's is pretty expensive and doesn't stitch well.

I did not learn from my past experience with Lovedale and ended up giving 3 more churidars this year. I live overseas and had to toss all 5 silk churidars I got stitched at Love Dale last year due to poor stitching even after giving a correct fit churidar as measurement. This year I gave 3 more thinking it would be better. Had to go 5 times to their store to get it wearable. They don't keep their timeline or has good craftsmanship. I'm writing this review after clearing the loose threads and ironing those churidars myself. My sincere advice to you ladies, please don't waste your time or money here. Take it from the one who finally learned it after 8 churidars. Thanks

The cost of stitching was costly, and the stitching quality was terrible. Please avoid from wasting your materials by bringing here for stitching. Badly I stitched one churidhar and sari blouse here, both went horrible. Even I paid 1500 for each.

Very bad experience.showed a design for a blouse. I even showed them the picture. They ended up with a totally different blouse design. I was really upset.

We came for tailoring which they royally screwed up. They were two days late from the promised time and, still, messed up the tailoring soo bad we had to trash the blouse. They used to be good last year when they did perfect tailoring..but those days are long gone.

Wish there was negative staring option in google. Gave them 6 kurtis to alter. Did not altered any of it. Length is the same and tuck in the back is just awful. Just a waste of money. Please don't waste your time and money there.

I still don't understood why people are giving the 5 star. I admit they got the fame. But w.r.t their work it's utter waste. Simply looting the money. Their stitch work - they don't give at correct time and if they give earlier, it might have got more rework. I suggest prefer anyother shops in Thiruvalla.
