"I did a hair Botox treatment at lush look, and I'm very happy with the results! The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. The salon was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Friendly place. No over selling of their products, has service card detailing the prices. Hair cut was a big flop . Lady had no clue what she was doing even after showing picture of the style. Choppy cut which has taken me over a month to get over! Won't trust her with any hair cuts ever

The owner was friendly and the place ambiance was good. I had party makeup done along with the bride on her engagement. They did a good job with the bride. I paid around 1.5k but the full make up and hair do vanished after an hour. Even though the owner said it would not go away. Was really disappointed with it.

The One star is just to be able to post this review! I had been to this parlor on July 5th for underarm waxing and bikini waxing. I have been waxing my underarms for last 10 years from different parlours but never had a bitter experience like this. The way the strip was pulled it felt like my skin was ripped off.Roll on wax was used. I thought it would settle down after a while but for 2 days it didn't. And now it has permanently scarred both my underarms and I have no clue what to do about it. Also they double dip the wax for bikini waxing. I can't comment on the other services but I would never recommend for waxing.
