I did my eyebrow threading from here on 19/02/2025 and was not as expected .Despite informing to the attended staff that don't reduce the thickness of the Brow's she made it thin and changed it's shape. Hugely disappointed with the service this time.I went there since i have recieved good service for threading past 2 times. Hope you maintain your staff quality and offer the service as per customers directions. I also would like to appreciate here Anila aunty's redressal to the issue and promise to take care of this concern.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Effort I had high hopes for my wedding makeup and hair, but unfortunately, my experience with this MUA team was not as expected. To start, the saree draping was poorly done. The drape wasn't ironed, and I was never asked to provide the saree in advance (which I had specifically inquired about). I traveled 2 hours one way to reach them, and to be honest, it just didn't feel worth the struggle. Even though I provided my feedback via WhatsAp after the event, there was no acknowledgment or response from the team, which was disappointing. As for the makeup, it was decent. I honestly don't feel like revisiting my photos or videos because of the poor saree draping. It wasn't the wow factor I was hoping for on such an important day. It was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this team based on my own experience as a bride. I'm not happy with how I looked on my special day. However, I must mention that my mother and sister had their sarees draped beautifully, and their hair and makeup turned out excellent, so it seems like there was some inconsistency in the service. Also we had a keratin treatment done, and it was amazing!
