Mary Ann is the most knowledgeable beauty expert I've ever met! She does very thorough analyses, recommends treatments and explains the details of it to all customers. The beauty clinic is neat, well equipped and has very friendly staff. I met Mary Ann via a friend 4 years ago; Ihaven't gone anywhere else since then for my skin and hair treatment needs.

AVOID- sub-standard work, don't by interns and you pay full price I had gone to this Parlour around 10 years ago and had a good experience. Now, had a totally different experience. Payment is done first so that you don't have any other option. Interns do most of the work but you get charged full price. Waxing- incomplete hair removal- around 30% hair was left. Pedicure- pedicure was good, but only 8 or 10 colours of nail polish is available. Facial- A lot of massaging is done, but other than that, it's pretty poor. I had to go to another Parlour to get a complete facial. I

I've known Mary Ann aunty for quite a few years now, so trust me when I say this. This is one place where you can walk in and feel right at home. Mary Ann aunty adds a touch of her magic formula to every service you choose, and provides excellent services at affordable prices. The results are remarkably long-lasting. Absolutely love this place, love her and her entire staff. She's the best in Trivandrum, no doubt!

During the pandemic, I came down from UK. Did the Spa therapy Course as well as the Beauty Therapy Course from Mary Ann - HOLY TRINITY BEAUTY Academy. Theory and practicals were taught by Madam Mary Ann herself. As her PG is from the London ITEC school , I was lucky enough to get an indepth knowledge of skin and its disorders . Will be starting my own SPA in UK as soon as I return.

Superior quality of products, very hygienic, friendly staff and committed to providing excellent service. A cut above the rest in TVM. Hugely recommended.
