I used to be a regular customer at Roots due to its convenience and initially good service. However, my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing, culminating in today's final visit. Three months ago, I had a Botox treatment done on my hair, which resulted in absolutely no change. Within a week, my hair was as frizzy as before. I brought this to their attention during each subsequent visit, only to be told the stylist who performed the treatment had 'gone native' and wouldn't be back until late March, and I would have to wait. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Today's visit for a simple underarm waxing was the last straw. The staff spent nearly 30 minutes experimenting with two different types of wax, making the entire process unnecessarily long and uncomfortable. It was clear they lacked proper training and professionalism. The drastic decline in service quality is shocking. What was once a convenient and reliable salon has become a place I would strongly advise people to avoid. I will not be returning

He recommended a biotin treatment, and I truly appreciated his insight and professionalism. Sujala, on the other hand, is simply exceptional. She has magic in her hands! I initially went in for a foot massage, but after experiencing her technique and attention to detail, I couldn't resist indulging in a face massage as well. It was an absolute bliss--deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Had a really bad experience at Roots. Unlike other places they charge high so I thought they would know how to style hair properly. I went in with high hopes. I had french crop in my mind, I even showed it to the barber and he said he would cut my hair according. Half way through when he took my sides he told me it would not suite my face which i complety understood. But the problem was he could have told it before cutting my sides. Now it looks like old box cut which i completely hate. I won't be returning here.
