Had one of the most Amazing Haircut experience here at Elista. Went to them at their closing time, without much hesitation they received me. Mr. Aslam showed no hurry in finishing the haircut and beard shaping. Took ample amount of time to understand what I needed and I would say he showed his finesse in his hairdressing skills. Absolutely enjoyed the experience!!

Extremely unprofessional service! The receptionist was rude and dismissive, telling me to wait 30 minutes, which turned into over an hour without any update. After all that waiting, he casually mentioned that a family was inside and I'd need to wait even longer. This could have easily been communicated upfront, but clearly, they don't respect people's time.
