I had a terrible experience at this salon. They opened their shop late at night, which is why we decided to get a haircut. However, after the haircut, they suddenly increased the price, claiming it was because of the late hour. If they are not willing to work at night, they should clearly state their policies upfront, so customers can make an informed decision. What made things worse was the rude behavior of the person at the reception. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were extremely impolite and unhelpful. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable in a service-based business. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good experience. There are plenty of other options where customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Extremely rude receptionist. We chose this salon despite having countless other excellent options, but the attitude we encountered was unacceptable. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Won't be returning
