Excellent customer service. The staffs are way too good in terms of knowledge about hair and skin. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me valuable tips regarding skin and hair care. Very satisfied with the hair botox treatment which was done from the salon.

I have done permanent blow dry here. And the man who have done this was very amazing. He had made my hair super shiny. Very sincere work. This is my 2nd time and on the 1st time, after done this treatment my hair fall got decreased and I have done the same for second time. The owners are very cool. They will teach us about the aftercare too. Loved this place.

This is a late review, because now my hair is falling really bad after the hair smoothening treatment. They welcomed us in a good manner but later I saw they were busy with the renovations but still it's your responsibility to respect your customers. We asked for a haircut and smoothening, but they just did smoothening. I was asking the lady there for the haircut, but she replied like " Yes I will ", in a rude manner but they didn't give us a good haircut. Even the smoothening wasn't good. So it'll be good if you can show some respect to your customers. I just want to share my experience, but just want to say that one of us get a hair cut only , that was good. Rather the bad review is for the smoothening. And I saw many similar reviews. Hope you can make it better. You can accept it or just leave it, it's upto you. No matter what, as a customer I posted my feedback.

Received an exceptional haircut and keratin treatment at Javed Habib's salon! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Especially Bindhu Chechi, who worked wonders on my hair, and the improvement is remarkable. I specifically request her because my hair noticeably grows better after her cuts. I recently visited Jawed Habib Thrissur for permanent blow dry and I was extremely impressed with the service. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere & the staffs were all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jawed Habib to anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience.

The experience was fantastic. The staff provides all the necessary assistance in deciding which treatment is the best for your hair... They also gave me a perfect idea of how my hair would be after the treatment.. I had taken the Keratin treatment for my hair... And wow.. It just looks as they had told me... Thanks to the staff - Thalib who made my hair beautiful...

Never ever do permanent blow drying here. It's horrible! They smooth your hair instead of blow drying it and it's done with some cheap product. Clumps of hair literally broke off after few months. And no, it's not my hair's problem. This never happened to me in other good salons.
