I am a regular at la femme for over 25 yrs.i used to be satisfied with the services provided.of late there seems to be a downfall in it s the hair cutting .I had been there recently in the afternoon. The stylists(?)there were v.unhappy with my arrival.one person came as tho just awake from sleep and v.grudgingly trimmed my hair. I'm v.unhappy with the result.even now my hair looks untidy.what I realise is that the management does bot keep an eye on the workers.they are always huddled together talking this and that.we come to the salon paying a hefty amt.to be properly served.i hope you will look into what I have said and train your staff to serve people with courtesy and do their job properly not a slipshod way

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister, who visited this salon for a bridal makeup enquiry, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. We had heard that this was one of the more established salons in the city, but what we experienced was far from professional. The staff were not interested in listening to what my sister wanted. Instead, they pushed their own outdated ideas and showed no willingness to understand her vision. Even though she had an appointment, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming--she was made to feel like a burden rather than a valued client. My sister is currently living abroad and will only be in the city a few days before her wedding. Naturally, she needs clarity and confidence when it comes to such an important part of her big day. Instead of reassurance, she walked away feeling frustrated and unheard. We are both thankful she didn't book with them--it's clear that this salon lacks the professionalism and customer care you'd expect, especially for something as important as a wedding. If you're looking for respectful service and someone who listens to your needs, look elsewhere.

Hii.. I have been visiting la femme for the past 20 years.. and I always recommended it to my friends and relatives. The most I prefered there was the pedicure, but during recent visits I'm not satisfied with it. Many staffs have changed over there, the service which I was receiving earlier is not available now.. I think the new appointees are not upto the mark as old ones.. once I had informed the reception about this. I come a long way preferring la femme, I expect them to maintain their quality throughout. I'm not sure about the service yet as but if you are accompanying a girl , please don't even dare to go to the washroom provided for "MEN" . Its just opposite to the building and forget about the cleanliness because you will not be able to see it because there is no light inside and but you can feel it with the smell .
