Usually their services are good. But last time I had really bad experience. Price is comparatively high

I had availed the services at moon for my friend's marriage and it was really nice after my friend suggested it to me two years back. Since then I have been a regular customer at moon. The people over there are really sweet and that is one of the reasons that I always love to go there whenever I am in Thrissur. I recommend Moon to every friends of mine :)

They don't even deserve a single star. Iam not gonna visit again........ Iam so sad on their behaviour and service. I was a regular customer on this parlor about an year ago and i was out of station for an year. Today when i visited their parlour i felt so sad and unworthy. All the staffs got changed and new staffs doesn't even care on customers wish. Very bad staffs. They are Shaming the customers and are literally insulting them. It was my experience I don't know how others feels. They focus only on money. Now they are highly expensive and very weak service, Even the well famed salons doesn't charged such high prices. Those old staffs were very friendly and their service was also worth.

I had a haircut and a pedicure..both were good service... Especially girl named Aarya gave a good pedicure ,a must try for those who want a thorough massage for their tired feet....

Staff courteous but services limited and dissatisfactory...Rates also higher compared to similar saloons ...
