Extremely Disappointed - Overpriced & Unethical Pricing I had an urgent need to get my hair styled for an important event this morning, so I walked into this salon hoping for a quick and professional service. The stylist immediately offered me a chair and completed the styling in under five minutes, which, while efficient, didn't justify what followed. When it was time to pay, I was shocked to be charged 250 for just a simple styling. Out of curiosity, I asked the price of a full haircut, and he said 200. This made absolutely no sense--how is a five-minute styling more expensive than a full haircut that takes 30-45 minutes and typically includes styling for free? Even in major metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai, where salon operational costs are significantly higher, I have never encountered such an absurd pricing structure. In Dubai, where I live, I have paid similar prices, but for an entirely different experience--high-end salons with Turkish stylists providing top-tier service in a luxurious setup. The service, skill level, and ambiance justify the cost. But here? Not at all. Adding to the disappointment, when I questioned the pricing, the stylist refused to engage properly, gave no eye contact, and blatantly ignored my concerns. This lack of accountability and transparency only made the experience worse. I don't know if this overpricing is an intentional practice by the owner or an employee taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, but either way, it's unacceptable. Customers, be warned--ask for the pricing upfront to avoid being overcharged. I will never return to this salon and strongly advise others to avoid it. I believe in paying fairly for good service, but this was nothing short of a rip-off. Extremely disappointing.

Last 2 years I've been going to this saloon whenever I am at Thrissur. Really nice place with sensible groomers who I've noticed gives very genuine advice. Cost is a bit on the upper side. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Recently they have started ladies section too.

I went in for a simple beard colouring and clearly told them which product and brand I wanted, but they completely ignored my request. I only realized later that they used a different brand--one I've previously had an allergic reaction to. They mixed it without informing me, and I saw the opened package only after the damage was done. This is not just unprofessional, it's dangerous and irresponsible. On top of that, their services are extremely overpriced for the poor quality and dishonesty. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I got my hair colored in the ladies section. A guy from Darjeeling did the coloring. It was very good. But I had to see the lady working there behaving very badly with him many times. It was sad. Why do you take so much color, why do you use so much foil? The lady who had no idea about this kept irritating him . When I spent a lot of money on coloring, they also humiliated me for a trivial matter. Also, shouting at the girl who was helping him made me uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful experience @ Reborn Thrissur ladies section. Services rendered by them was excellent (Hair Spa & Facial). Especially I would like to thank, one of their staff.She was so dedicated & her approach towards me was so good. Her services was really mind blowing. Thank u Shiji.
